Junk food is much more accessible than healthy food, which places a huge responsibility on us to ensure that our children are eating healthy.  Feeding your kids healthy snacks is a fun way to get them used to a healthy diet.  It’s so important to provide kids with quality, healthy foods, and not just empty calories or harmful foods just because it’s easily accessible.

I’ve compiled a list of foods to introduce based on age. As well as healthy snacks that are tasty, easy to prepare, serve & great for kids & adults!

Baby’s First Foods

4-6 Months

It is recommended for exclusively breastfed babies to start solids at 6 months.

Snack Ideas

Remember to cut in half for smaller kids. Serve in small, easy-to-eat portions. Do not serve honey to infants under the age of 1, as there is a risk of Botulism.
